Woman Crashes Car at Oak Ridge National Lab

Oak Ridge, TN (March 12, 2021) A woman was taken to a hospital with injuries on March 12th after she crashed her vehicle close to the west end entrance portal of Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The Oak Ridge Police Department reports that the vehicle collided with a fixed object inside Oak Ridge National Lab’s property around 6:30 in the morning. The woman was then transported to Methodist Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries. No additional details about the accident including what caused the crash are currently available.
