According to court records through the Tennessee Department of Corrections, Morgan also is currently under probation for several drug charges. It remains to be seen whether Morgan will ultimately be convicted of the charges against him, and whether the family members of the two car accident victims allegedly killed by Morgan will file any civil claims.
