Fatality Reported Following Car Crash on Highway 111

Putnam County, TN (January 30, 2021) The Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to a deadly crash that occurred on Highway 111 on the evening of January 30th in Putnam County. The report provided by law enforcement states that the driver of a Toyota Tacoma was traveling on the highway when his vehicle exited the road, went down an embankment, and collided with a tree. The driver was later pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Law enforcement states that the driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision.
