Legal Background
After law school, Mr. Dusek began working for attorney Donna Shumate in Sparta, North Carolina, whereafter he managed his own general practice law firm in Sparta after Donna Shumate was elected as a North Carolina District Court Judge. Upon licensure in Tennessee, he began working on numerous family law cases in Tennessee in various counties across the State. Between his cases in North Carolina and Tennessee, Mr. Dusek has garnered numerous successful outcomes for clients in their cases through trials, motions practice, and alternative dispute resolution.
Biographical Information
Mr. Harrison C. Dusek is a native of Chapel Hill, North Carolina (and an avid Tar Heel fan). He has since relocated to East Tennessee with his wife, daughter and Sarplaninac (a giant livestock guardian dog breed from Serbia, pronounced: Shar-Plan-Een-Ats). Outside of his time in the office or courtroom, Mr. Dusek enjoys immersing himself in the wilderness of Eastern Tennessee where he enjoys off-roading in his Toyota Landcruiser, hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing. Mr. Dusek and his family are active parishioners of St. Nektarios Russian Orthodox Church in Lenoir City.
